Professor Thienel will provide us with a lecture focusing especially on the EC Court's preliminary rulings. Although the topic might sound fairly technical, the overall lecture will show us the whole picture of the EC's judicial system, and help us better understand the EC Court. Those who have once studied and already have some knowledge on EU law will find the lecture profound and sophisticated.

Then Professor will lecture the details of the preliminary rulings with some precedents such as CILFIT（Case 283/81）or Ko"bler（Case C-224/01）cases.
